- Unopened & Resalable: Products in original packaging with intact seals (within 30 days of invoice date).
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

- Custom/seasonal orders (clearly marked "NON-RETURNABLE").
3. Return Process

• Invoice/P.O. number
• Product SKU(s) & quantity
• Photos/video of issue
Get RMA#
We'll issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) within 24 business hours.
Ship Back
Send goods to our warehouse (address in RMA email) using a trackable carrier.
Refund/Replace
Choose:

• Replacement: Priority-shipped at no cost
